Ms. Cohen’s experience as a business owner and employer give her a well-rounded perspective often lacking in a traditional lawyer. Furthermore, her compassion for her clients makes her a strong advocate for their rights. She has not hesitated to confront, oppose, negotiate, and if necessary, litigate with major opponents. In a decision in a civil rights case a Federal Court Judge stated that “Ms. Cohen has demonstrated significant legal experience both in and out of the civil rights field. In this case, she has achieved a near remarkable result.”
