Faye Riva Cohen, Esquire has a wealth of extensive experience in numerous areas of the law, including, but not limited to, employment/labor law, civil rights, disability/Social Security, family law, personal injury, debt collection, estate litigation and real estate. Ms. Cohen’s experience as a business owner and employer give her a well-rounded perspective often lacking in a traditional lawyer. Furthermore, her compassion for her clients makes her a strong advocate for their rights. She has not hesitated to confront, oppose, negotiate, and if necessary, litigate with major opponents.
